All of our curries begin with our house-made spice blends - whole spices that we roast and grind in-house. Our approach results in aromas and bold flavours that can only come from whole spices, and that are firmly rooted in Thai tradition.

Hello, I’m Chef Anchan. With nearly seven years experience operating a Thai restaurant in downtown Toronto, as well as over 15 years restaurant industry experience in Thailand, I’ve dedicated my life to working with wholesome food and serving my community.
While my passion is in creating vibrant, authentic Thai dishes that celebrate both vegan and non-vegan traditions, I’ve always believed that gaining inspiration and becoming a better chef has no boundaries. Wherever you are in the world, there’s so much to learn from the cultures, traditions & ingredients around you. An open mind shapes the way I cook today, bringing fresh ideas to every dish, while still honouring the heart of Thai cuisine.
