​Terms & Conditions

Pickup orders are available at Broadway & Commercial Drive.

Free delivery is available for:
• Orders over $50 within SkyTrain Zone 1
• Orders over $70 within SkyTrain Zones 2 and 3
• Orders over $120 for Downtown and North Vancouver
• Orders over $160 for UBC, Richmond

1. Service Description

  • We provide wholesome, homemade, prepared meals. 

  • We are Foodsafe certified by the province of B.C. 

  • We strictly maintain a sanitary premises with hygienic equipment.

  • We have a food-safety plan firmly in place.


2. Ordering, Payment & Delivery

  • Orders must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date.

  • 50% of order total will be due once the order is submitted & confirmed.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, e-transfer, Paypal

  • Customers must be available at the agreed upon time to receive the order. If no one is available, meals may be left at the door (if permitted by you), and we are not responsible for loss or spoilage.


3. Allergies & Food Safety

  • Meals may contain common allergens, including but not limited to gluten & peanuts. While we make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen, and therefore, do not recommend our dishes to Celiacs or those who may experience anaphylaxis allergic reactions.

  • Our team holds valid Food Safety Level 1 certification. Our facility is pet-free, and we have an active pest-prevention program (non-toxic) in place.

  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of any dietary restrictions upon placing an order. Once delivered, meals should be stored and reheated according to safe food-handling practices. We are not responsible for food spoilage resulting from improper storage once received by the customer.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the order deadline to receive a full refund. (Ingredients may have already been purchased, and prep may have begun; therefore, no refunds will be issued after 48 hours from deadline).

  • If we cancel an order for any reason, a full refund will be provided immediately.


​5. Quality Assurance 

  • We aim to always provide fresh, high-quality meals at a fair price. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with any details and/or photos that may help us understand your concern. We will do our best to address the concern in a timely manner. 


6. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will apply to all orders placed after the revision date.
