Ingredients
4 tbsp Blue Nun Satay Dipping Sauce Powder
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut sugar, or to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tbsp crushed, roasted peanuts (substitute with crushed, cashew, or omit altogether) (optional)
Preparation
Place a small pot on low heat, add 1 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 4 tbsp Blue Nun Satay Dipping Sauce Powder, 2 tbsp coconut sugar and 1/2 tsp salt. Stir or 2 min. until evenly dissolved, simmer for an additional 12 minutes.
Remove the pot from heat and transfer the sauce to serving bowls. leave it cool at room temperature.
Top with roasted peanuts.
